“Night Stalker” is a predator  – the grizzly bear – which I thought I’d never paint .  However, in this case, the textures and the light were just too tantalizing to pass up.  The goal was to capture this animal’s less fearsome side in her natural setting and in a way that warns the viewer never to let their guard down with this apex predator.
